I don't know what kind of plates you have and I don't know if you like preparing your plates in the kitchen, or maybe you like preparing a brunch... and this brunch can be planned with the possibility to sit or you can make it without... I don't know which kind of cutlery you have, which tablecloth you want to use in this occasion...but I'd like to propose you some nice ideas and hope you will love them.

If you have a nice chandelier over your table decorate it with colored or brown feathers. If you like the natural style the brown ones are better.

\r\n

If you don't have a chandelier, you can hang a garland made of branches over your table; very beautiful and great for Eastern are those ones from olive trees. You can also decorated it with brown feathers and quail eggs, they have a very nice color. If you want more decorations, add some artificial flowers of the color you love that fits with your plates, tablecloth etc. Do you like using true flowers? You have to know that they will be ok maximum for 3 or 4 days. But there is a solution: you have to add some little plastic vases (you can find them at your florist's) and fix them between the branches, then fill them with water and …ready!

Like for Christmas you can prepare easy cookies that look like a rabbit or a chicken. They look very nice if you use some colored powdered sugar and sweeties. You can decorate your Eastern cake at the top with this cookies.

\r\n

You have to choose the placeholders remembering that they also have to fit to your table decoration. An idea: use a little transparent bag, make two little holes, pass a small ribbon or twine, fix a Eastern decoration like a chicken, a rabbit, an egg or a feather on it. Done!

\r\n

Another placeholder idea: go to the supermarket and buy some tagliatelle with the shape of a nest, prepare hard boiled eggs where you will write the name of your guest with a white or black pen and place them in the center of the nest. Done!

\r\n

For your table decoration I'm going to tell you another special idea, but it works only when you prepare the plates in the kitchen. Cover the whole table with hay, put little plants in the middle (cover them with hay so that you can't see the vase), put some little sheep, some natural colored eggs on the hay and in this way you'll get a beautiful “landscape”. If you love this idea, I do that for sure, it's maybe better to use some placemats. It would be cute if they also are made of hay. In this case the eating place will be “cleaner”.

\r\n

Instead of hay you can use moos as well. In this case remember that true moos is always damp, so put plastic on the table or it's better if you use a tray that you prepare with plastic on the base. Now you can put your little plants (cover them with moos as well, so that you can't see the pot) and start your decoration that fits to the rest.

A nice idea is to make a paper garland in the shape of rabbits. You need a long and not too thin piece of paper, you fold it in the size of your rabbits so many time you want. Now start to copy a rabbit of the first fold and then cut the whole shape with a pair of scissors without cutting the connection between nose and tail.

A quick solution for a centerpiece: take a rectangular basket, fill it with moos (remember to put the plastic at the base) and place again some little plants or a bunch of flowers in the middle. Put different shapes of colored eggs, like chicken, quail or goose all around!
